RSJ the Managing Director of ca engineers has over 34 years of rich experience and domain knowledge in HVAC industry in India and Middle East. He is also an active member and contributor in ISHRAE / ASHRAE.
1981 RSJ started his carrier with Voltas immediately after his Diploma in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning. Then he joined Blue Star and served for more than 10 years. In between RSJ went to Middle East and served there for more than 5 years in various capacities in Design & Execution of HVAC Projects.

RSJ’s quest to be a entrepreneur became a reality with the start of cool air systems in 1st June 1991 as proprietor. Cool air systems was renamed and floated as a private limited company ca engineers Private Limited in 2009.
RSJ has received several awards and citation on achieving various parameters set by customers and partners.
AJ is also the founding director of ca engineers and actively involved with the company operations since 2009.. From the inception of CA Engineers AJ is focused on Customer Satisfaction and quality/ timely delivery of projects/ services.
